This is an AU video, basically here's the story: Draco and Hermione used to be together, but Draco treated her really badly and scarred her when it comes to relationships. In the video, Hermione is with Ron, but memories of the way Draco treated her and still treats her gets in the way of her relationship with Ron. You'll see a few instances of Ron and Hermione trying to move on, but Draco still prevents them from doing so.
